In college, Jeff Copetas had his eye on live television production. Now he heads up ecommerce at Avid, a company that powers production from television, to film and music. It wasn't the path he expected to take, but it's one that keeps him at the forefront of digital commerce. Like everyone else, Jeff has had to re-think business plans for 2020.
