Paul Rios noticed something interesting when he started at HubSpot ten years ago. Some of the inbound leads at the CRM platform provider were from Latin America. And they were largely being ignored. Paul realized the market had enormous potential - so he asked to work on it as a side project until the company was able to put resources behind Paul's work.
